Save Energy for Your Community

And uplift your neighborhood

Nextdoor + Flex Alerts are throwing a block party to thank everyone who shared their energy-saving tips!

What is a Flex Alert?

When extreme heat hits, our energy usage spikes so we can stay cool. Sometimes the grid can’t meet the demand, which raises the likelihood of widespread power outages. Flex Alerts remind us to voluntarily conserve energy so we can do our part to maintain the grid when it’s most stressed. Individually, we have the power to make some easy adjustments day-to-day to benefit our communities by saving energy.
